Bernardo first and foremost is an amazing and generous business owner. I came in with a Mercedes CDI 320 van that was having issues with the coolant leaking. He not only made some excellent recommendations for short term monitoring and maintenance, but also extended a complimentary fill up to the coolant tank (which was a lot replaced due to the leak). He was kind, professional, and anticipated my needs even before I asked. He was helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle.
